Warranty & Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• All original boxes, materials, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed to in writing by LED Light Source LLC.

Approved returns are subject to a processing/restocking fee of 15% of the product’s full retail price.

Opened, used, or installed items are not eligible for return.

Returns requested after 30 days may be considered at the sole discretion of LED Light Source LLC and may be subject to additional conditions or denial.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All products sold by LED Light Source LLC are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. LED Light Source LLC does not provide any direct warranties.

All warranties are void if products are not installed by a licensed and insured electrician and installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications, where applicable.

After 30 days, any product issues must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly using the information provided with the product.

LED Light Source LLC may assist in facilitating warranty claims; however, all warranty decisions, approvals, and coverage are determined solely by the manufacturer.

All lights must be installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications; otherwise, returns are void.
